Wine Description

The 2019 'Feather' Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% varietal wine showcasing the depth and elegance of Columbia Valley fruit. Aged for 22 months in 85% new French oak barrels, it presents a deep, concentrated ruby hue. The nose is complex, offering aromas of cassis, graphite, scorched earth, and crushed stone. On the palate, it is full-bodied and concentrated, with flavors of dark fruits, mocha, and a touch of mint, supported by fine-grained tannins and a vibrant acidity. The finish is long and structured, indicating excellent aging potential.
