Wine Description

This 100% Malbec displays an incredible deep purple-red colour. The sensory profile is complex, with aromas of spice, black and red cherry, and notes of chocolate or cocoa. On the palate, vibrant berry fruit flavours pop, alongside plum, violet, and sage, complemented by underlying mocha and espresso notes. The wine is full-bodied, yet balanced by lively, vibrant acidity, resulting in a flexible and concentrated style. It presents ripe, approachable, and silky tannins that lead to an incredibly long finish.

This Malbec pairs well with a variety of rich foods, including grilled red meats such as steak and lamb. It is also an excellent match for venison, wild game, pork, and quail, as well as medium-strong cheeses.
