Spottswoode Sauvignon Blanc presents a beautiful pale straw colour in the glass. The aromatic profile is expressive and complex, bursting with citrus blossoms, white grapefruit, and lemongrass, accented by hints of white flowers, sage, and wet stone. On the palate, this medium-bodied wine reveals a brilliant balance of succulent texture and lively, tightwire acidity. Flavours of ripe peach, pear, and orange peel unfold beautifully, carrying through to a long, silky finish enriched by a crystalline hint of lemon salt and lingering minerality.
