Zenato is a family-owned winery in the Veneto region of Italy, renowned for its dedication to crafting high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of Lake Garda and Valpolicella. Their signature Amarone is crafted using the traditional appassimento method, where grapes are dried before fermentation to concentrate flavors, resulting in a rich, velvety wine with layers of complexity. Other highlights include their Ripassa Valpolicella Superiore, a refined, full-bodied wine made using the ripasso technique, and their Soave, Bardolino, and Merlot-based blends that showcase Veneto’s diversity.
