Product description
Introduction
Bavaria 0.0% Original is a non alcoholic beer originating from the Netherlands. It is brewed by Bavaria Brewery, which was founded in 1719 in the village of Lieshout and has been independently owned by the Swinkels family for seven generations. The brewery is one of the oldest in the Netherlands and utilizes its own natural mineral water spring and on-site malting plant to maintain full control over the quality of its ingredients.
Beer Description
This non alcoholic pilsner presents a clear, light golden colour. The sensory profile features an authentic beer aroma with notes of malt, hops, and a subtle fruitiness. On the palate, it offers a distinct grain flavour where the natural sweetness of the malt is well balanced by a mild bitterness. The body is full yet light, characterized by a creamy mouthfeel and a refreshing finish with a pleasantly sharp bite. The varietal composition is crafted from natural mineral water, barley malt, hop extract, and natural flavourings. It contains 0% alcohol by volume and is not certified organic.
Food Pairing
The clean and balanced nature of this pilsner makes it a versatile companion for various cuisines. It pairs exceptionally well with deep fried snacks such as calamari, as the carbonation helps cut through the richness of the batter. Its light malt sweetness also complements the heat of spicy Asian dishes and charcoal grilled meats. Additionally, it serves as a refreshing partner for young, mild cheeses and fresh seafood.
