ZYN Wine Market is proud to host Eugene Mlynczyk, Master of Wine, one of only ten MWs across Canada, for an exclusive Collectors Suite experience in collaboration with Principle Fine Wines.

Eugene brings decades of expertise and passion for fine wine, honed through his work as National Sales Manager for Principle Fine Wines and as a respected educator with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET). His unique background in both art and wine lends a creative and insightful perspective to every tasting he leads.

This rare opportunity invites guests to taste through a curated lineup of world-class wines from California, Oregon, Tuscany, and beyond, including selections from Schrader, Lingua Franca, Ruffino, Mount Veeder, Sea Smoke, and more. Each session is limited to 10 guests, ensuring an intimate and engaging experience with one of Canada’s foremost wine authorities.

Guests will enjoy a welcome pour of Palmer & Company Blanc de Blancs Champagne and a selection of wines to taste, followed by gourmet bites in the loft while you place your orders.

Tickets are $100 per person, credited toward purchases of $150 or more of featured wines.
