Founded in 1890, Damilano is one of the historic wineries of Barolo, passed down through generations and today managed by the great-grandchildren of founder Giuseppe Borgogno. The Cannubi vineyard, often called the heart of Barolo, is a legendary cru whose distinctive terroir imparts a singular elegance and complexity to its wines. Damilano’s dedication to tradition and vineyard expression is at the core of its winemaking philosophy.

Made exclusively from 100% Nebbiolo, this wine reveals a luminous garnet colour with delicate orange reflections. The nose is lifted and complex, offering classic aromas of red cherry, rose petals, violet, licorice, tobacco, and subtle balsamic notes. On the palate, it is dry and full bodied, showing fine-grained tannins balanced by fresh acidity. Red berry fruit, leather, cocoa, and earthy undertones glide through a persistent, mineral-driven finish.
