El Jolgorio Todos Santo Arroqueno

El Jolgorio works with 14 mezacaleros in Oaxaca, seeking out wild-harvested agave of all varieties in order to showcase the unique differences and stories of each of them. This is a very special limited release of 100% Arroqueno agave from master distiller Pedro Vasquez  the village of Lachigui, Miahuatlán, Oaxaca. The agave is hand-harvested, cooked in traditional horno, fermented with native yeasts in open wooden tanks, and then distilled in copper pot stills. 55% alc./vol.
