Gekkeikan's Draft Sake 'Nama' means "fresh," and refers to the fact that this sake is not pasteurized after fermentation. Rather, Gekkeikan uses modern ultra-micro filtration processes to preserve the excellent taste and aroma of unpasteurized sake while also extending its shelf life. This nama junmai sake is best served chilled and drunk as soon as possible after opening.
