Sangiovese
The Sangiovese grape is well known for its amazing ability to effortlessly alter its genetics based on the surroundings. Even within Italy, there are many different variations of the grape, resulting in different tasting wines. While some may dislike Sangiovese due to not having a distinct taste like Pinot Noiror Cabernet Sauvignon, others argue that this way, the wine has something for everyone.
An example of this would be the two different places inItaly where it's grown, Montefalco Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino.
