The fabric of the wines hinges upon the existence of a fictional family, with every vineyard plot being characterized by one of its members. Theodora is the youngest member of the Gut Oggau fam, representing the most recently planted vines. This field blend of mostly gruner veltliner & welschriesling is softly structured, cavernous like a deep, wet well, with gunpowder reduction, playful violet aromatics, a silky pearl texture, uplifting melon tea, sprawling mushroom gills & chalk tracings.
