Product description

Imada Sake Brewing Company, established in 1868, is located in Akitsu, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. This small port town faces the tranquil waters of the Seto Inland Sea. The brewery is led by Miho Imada, who uniquely holds the roles of both owner and Toji (master brewer), a rare combination in Japan. Imada's dedication to her craft is evident through her revival of the heirloom Hattanso rice and her innovative use of white koji in sake production.

Wine Description

Fukucho Seaside Junmai Sparkling Sake presents a slightly cloudy appearance due to its in-bottle secondary fermentation. The nose offers crisp aromas of lemon-lime and apple, complemented by subtle notes of yogurt and cream. On the palate, it delivers a bright acidity with flavors of melon, pear, and a refreshing citrus tingle. The effervescence provides a soft, frothy finish, making it both crisp and refreshing.
