Product description
This vibrant white wine originates from France, classified as a Vin de France, with the grapes sourced from across the South of France, including the Languedoc area. The winemakers strive for consistent style and quality through careful blending of multiple parcels of wine from this sun-drenched region. The resulting wine is bottled young, without oak, to let the pure fruit flavours shine and capture the freshness and brightness of the south.
Wine Description
The wine presents a clear, light colour. On the nose, it offers ripe apple notes streaked with fresh, 'zingy' citrus characters. The palate shows pleasing fullness and weight, which is then rounded off with a 'zesty' note in the finish. This is an approachable, crisp white blend with an uplifting acidity and a lovely balance of fruit and freshness. It is best enjoyed young and fresh to highlight its vibrant fruit.
Food Pairing
Suggested pairings also include summer salads and light fish or chicken dishes.
