Wine Description
This 100% Pinot Noir displays a deep ruby colour with hints of garnet. The nose is expressive, showing aromas of black cherry, clove, and subtle oak spice with a touch of menthol. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and silky, offering layers of cherry, liquorice, and delicate minerality. The tannins are supple and refined, balanced by fresh acidity that carries through to a lingering finish.
