Weisser Mulatschak from Meinklang is something really special. Between white and orange, it's an explosion of flavours. On the nose, notes of peach, pear and mandarin. In the mouth is creamy and aromatic, topped with some minerality. Doesn't it sound amazing? Wait until you try it!
A lightly aromatic and tannic skin contact white wine with soft yeastiness. Naturally hazy, with notes of apricots, orange blossom water and golden berries. A blend of Welschriesling, Pinot Gris, and Traminer, all given 5 to 7 days of maceration on the skins. Certified biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel.
