Product description

The grape variety chosen for this sensational traditional Italian wine is Nebbiolo which comes from Piedmont, from the area of Monforte, Verduno, La Morra. Harvested by hand. Vinification takes place in steel tanks. 13/14 days of maceration in contact with the skins and soft wetting of the cap with the "shower" system at a temperature between 32 and 27 ° C. Malolactic fermentation in steel. Finally the refinement which develops for a at least 3 years, it ages for 24 months in large barrels before refining in the bottle.

A garnet red color with bright reflections. The scent on the nose is varied, first fruity then spicy. The taste is full-bodied, structured, with a well-balanced acidity and a moderately persistent finish.
