Product description

Champagne Palmer & Co. was established in 1947 by seven grower-families with Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims region of Champagne. Winemaking at Palmer is a highly collaborative affair: Cellar Master Xavier Berdin and a team of four oenologists taste over 200 distinct lots. The team must reach full consensus before any blend is finalized.

Citrus, pear, and apricot aromas with discrete notes of hazelnut and buttery brioche. Succulent and substantial with an unfettered freshness. The model of balance.
