This lovely whiskey is distilled in copper pot stills and matured in American oak barrels, resulting in an inviting, well-balanced dram. Look for aromas and flavours of zesty citrus, cinnamon, honey, nutmeg and vanilla. Full-bodied and flavourful, with a lengthy finish; a superb pairing for aged cheeses or apricot tarts.
