In the glass, it shows a pale straw hue. The nose offers white flowers, citrus zest, and stone fruit, with subtle balsamic and herbal undertones. The palate is fresh and mineral, showing good weight and texture balanced by saline lift and a long, dry finish. Stylistically, it combines roundness with a taut, almost austere character that reflects the Bierzo terroir.
