This Grosses Gewächs (GG), or Grand Cru dry Riesling, pours a shimmering pale gold in the glass. It opens with lifted aromas of white peach, lemon zest, and crushed slate, underpinned by subtle floral notes and a hint of fresh herbs. The palate is laser-focused and precise, delivering a core of citrus and orchard fruit flavours wrapped in vibrant acidity and mineral tension.
