Product description
This rich dry red wine originates from the United States, within California and prominent Northern California grape growing regions including Mendocino, Lake County, and Napa Valley. 75 Wine Company was founded by Tuck Beckstoffer, whose family moved to Napa Valley in 1975 and became one of California's most renowned viticultural families. Created with the mission to deliver exceptional quality and vineyard driven character at an accessible price point, the winery sources grapes from top vineyard sites—such as the Amber Knolls Vineyard in Lake County's Red Hills—focusing on sustainable farming practices and thoughtful winemaking that highlight California's unique sun and soils.
Wine Description
This Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep ruby to garnet colour in the glass. The nose offers an inviting and aromatic bouquet of fresh cherry, strawberry jam, and dark plum, accented by notes of cinnamon, cedar, and subtle cocoa. On the palate, it is smooth, supple, and well balanced, delivering rich flavours of blackberry, black currant, and red cherry layered with delicate hints of dark chocolate, toffee, and subtle earthy spice. Aging for approximately 12 months in French oak provides a polished, silky mouthfeel and soft, approachable tannins that extend into a long, lingering finish. The wine typically carries an alcohol by volume of 13.9%.
