Wine Description
This wine presents a pale, hypnotizing pink or a salmon pink colour. The nose offers delicate and inviting aromas of red currants, yellow plum, fresh red apple, citrus, flowers, and a hint of cherries and cassis. On the palate, it is refreshingly crisp, dry, and well-balanced, delivering flavours of peach, plum, wild berries, tart cherry, and citrus. Stylistic notes include an appealing weight, juicy acidity, and a tense, dry finish with a fine, granitic minerality.
Food Pairing
Suggested pairings include a broad spectrum of seafood and Asian cuisine, smoked salmon, sushi, and oysters. It also pairs beautifully with soft cheeses, Brie, and Margherita pizza.
