Produced by the historic Aizu Homare Brewery (established in 1918), this sake is part of the stylish Aladdin series. The brewery is renowned for its high-quality production, having earned the prestigious Champion Sake title at the International Wine Challenge (IWC) in 2015. The Aladdin series is designed to be approachable and visually striking, packaged in a distinctive bottle shaped like a genie's lamp.

Description

This lightly unfiltered nigori sake offers a cloudy, milky appearance and a rich, creamy texture. The nose is vivid and fruity, featuring prominent aromas of ripe banana, pear, and tropical fruit. On the palate, it delivers a harmonious balance of sweetness and tangy acidity with flavors of coconut, honey, and vanilla. Brewed with Hanafubuki rice polished to 70%, it provides a refreshing experience that is not overly cloying, finishing with a clean and smooth character. ABV 15%–16%.

The creamy mouthfeel and tropical fruit profile of the Aladdin Nigori make it an excellent partner for spicy and rich foods. It is a classic match for spicy tuna rolls, Thai green curry, and tempura vegetables.
