This specific product is a unique liqueur that blends their signature cloudy nigori sake with rich chocolate syrup.

Description

This is a decadent, dessert-style sake that essentially functions as an adult chocolate milk. The sake has comforting aromas of cocoa powder, lightly toasted caramel, and warming vanilla. The palate is thick and velvety, delivering a rich sweetness balanced by the slight bitterness of dark chocolate and the gentle rice notes of the nigori base. It has a creamy, viscous texture due to the coarse rice sediment, yet finishes surprisingly smooth. The ABV is 10%.
