The estate is known for producing wines that highlight purity of fruit, balance, and a sense of place.
Wine Description
This 100% Chardonnay offers a brilliant pale gold colour. The nose opens with white flowers, citrus, and notes of candied pineapple, with delicate touches of elderflower and hazelnut. On the palate, it reveals a rich yet mineral style, carried by fresh acidity and a hint of salinity. Subtle notes of gingerbread and vanilla complement flavours of apple and pear. The body is medium to full, smooth, and well-rounded, with a persistent, elegant finish.
