Wine Description
Alma Negra ‘M’ Red Blend reveals a deep, inky purple hue. On the nose, it delivers alluring aromas of ripe blackberries, plums, and cassis intertwined with hints of violet, dark chocolate, and subtle sweet spices. The palate is plush and generous, showcasing layers of juicy black fruits complemented by earthy undertones and a touch of pepper. Medium to full-bodied, the wine is beautifully balanced by fresh acidity and velvety tannins, leading to a long, elegant finish with lingering notes of mocha and black cherry.
Food Pairing
This robust yet refined blend pairs wonderfully with grilled lamb chops, beef short ribs, or a wild mushroom risotto. Its dark fruit and savoury spice interplay beautifully with rich, flavourful dishes, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
