Wine Description

This unique white skin-contact wine displays a brilliant golden-amber colour in the glass. The nose unfolds with an expressive bouquet of ripe tree fruits like orchard quince, pear, and melon, elegantly mixed with green herbal notes of fennel and a subtle hint of pastry. On the palate, it delivers a complex, medium-to-full body with an enveloping, creamy texture from extended lees contact, beautifully balanced by a solid, vibrant acidity and a light, fluid tannic structure. The finish is long, deep, and remarkably fresh, accented by a distinct mineral nuance.
