Amrut's flagship Indian single malt, showing their signature character of spice, fruit and honey. Bottled at 46%, it has the depth flavour needed to properly showcase the distillery. The original Indian single malt and, dare we say it, maybe the best?
Nose: Biscuity, fruity, fig-rolls, herbal, Werther's Originals, almost pepperminty.
Palate: Biscuit and fruit, citrus, malt perks up now, slightly tarry, toffee.
Finish: Apricot, spicy, blackcurrant tea. Sweetness.
Overall: Very good, full bodied stuff!
