Spirit Description

This single malt presents a bright, golden straw color in the glass. The nose is fresh, inviting, and complex, opening with vibrant notes of crisp green apples, lemon zest, and sweet floral heather, balanced by warm vanilla, coconut, and gentle honeyed malt. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a soft, silky mouthfeel that delivers flavours of orchard fruits, candied citrus peel, sweet cream, and vanilla fudge, underscored by subtle oak spice and a hint of white pepper. The finish is long, smooth, and dry, leaving a lingering impression of sweet malt, citrus oil, and warm wood spice. Bottled at an elevated strength of 46% ABV without chill-filtration or added caramel coloring, it displays outstanding natural purity, texture, and spirit balance.
