It originates from the Penedès region of Catalonia, where Mediterranean and continental influences create ideal conditions for growing the classic Cava grape varieties: Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada.

Aroma: Offers fresh citrus, green apple, and subtle notes of yeast from the secondary fermentation.
