This white blend pours a pale straw hue with golden reflections. The nose is aromatic and layered, offering pineapple, pear, apple pith, and delicate white flowers, alongside hints of ginger spice and honey. On the palate, it is textural yet vibrant, with flavours of stone fruit, cantaloupe, and a subtle pie-crust funk. Medium-bodied with streaming acidity, the wine finishes clean and mineral-driven.
