The winery underwent a complete remodelling to combine a historically important landmark with state-of-the-art, high-tech functionality. Their winemaking philosophy is driven by the pursuit of excellence, aiming to create well-balanced, quality wines that express the essence of the Mendoza terroir.
Wine Description
Golden yellow with slight greenish tones. It dazzles on the nose with great aromatic complexity, presenting tropical fruit notes such as white peach, apricot, and pineapple, complemented by fine notes of vanilla.
Food Pairing
Suggested pairings tailored to the wine’s flavour profile include grilled fish, pasta with cream-based sauces, and caramelised vegetables.
