Arabella Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant white wine hailing from the Robertson region of the Western Cape, South Africa. This family owned estate has been farmed by the De Wet family since the 1860s, though the modern winery was officially established in 2006 on land where Arabian horses still graze today. Under the guidance of father and son duo Stephen and Jamie de Wet, the winery emphasizes manual harvesting and careful vineyard management to produce quality wines that authentically reflect the unique calcium rich soils of the Robertson Valley.

Wine Description

This Sauvignon Blanc presents a pale lime green colour in the glass. The nose is greeted by an abundance of passion fruit and ripe fig aromas, occasionally complemented by notes of gooseberry, green apple, and zippy citrus. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied and fruity, offering a crisp profile of white peaches and tart apples balanced by a refreshing, well integrated acidity. Stylistically, it is celebrated for its freshness and complexity, leading to a lingering and pleasant aftertaste with subtle mineral undertones.
