Ardbeg Dolce

Ardbeg Dolce originates from the rugged island of Islay, located in the Argyll region of Scotland. Founded in 1815 on Islay's rocky southern coast, the historic Ardbeg Distillery is celebrated globally for producing some of the peatiest and most complex single malts in the world.

Whisky Description

In the glass, Ardbeg Dolce displays a warm, vibrant amber color. The nose is intensely aromatic and complex, striking a beautiful balance where classic Ardbeg maritime peat smoke is interwoven with orange blossom, ripe orchard fruits, apricot jam, and a pinch of nutmeg. On the palate, this non chill-filtered expression delivers an incredibly textural, thick, and oily body that punches far above its weight. It unfolds in rich waves of juicy apricot, tangy lemon curd, bitter orange marmalade, and decadent dark chocolate, balanced elegantly against a gentle pepperiness and coastal salinity.
