Ranging from juicy red cherry to blackberry and evolving with exotic spices such as star anise, peppercorn and black tea, the Willamette Valley Pinot Noir displays the true nature of place. In part of fermenting in small vessels, we extract pillowy and refined tannins while preserving the striking acidity of the cool climate, youthful and age-worthy Pinot Noir.
