Asahi Super Dry 330 ml - 24 Bottles

This internationally acclaimed beer originates from Japan and is produced by Asahi Breweries, Ltd. The company’s roots trace back to the Osaka Beer Brewing Company, established in 1889. Asahi Super Dry revolutionized the beer market when it was launched in 1987, introducing the world’s first 'Super Dry' beer style. The brewery’s philosophy is centred on delivering a distinct, quick, and clean finish—a taste profile they termKarakuchi—through advanced, precise brewing techniques.

Asahi Super Dry is classified as an Adjunct or Rice Lager. It is brewed using the finest malted barley, hops, and a combination of adjuncts including rice and corn. The beer pours a clear, light blond colour. The sensory profile is characterized by its crisp, clean, and refreshing nature. The flavour is subtle and dry, deliberately engineered with a fast finish that quickly cleanses the palate. This signature 'dryness' is achieved with a proprietary yeast strain, Asahi #318, which ferments sugars to a high degree of attenuation. The overall stylistic note is one of balance and freshness, making it highly drinkable. The optimal window is to enjoy this beer fresh.
