Spirit Description

Bacardí Caribbean Spiced begins with a blend of light and heavy aged Caribbean rums distilled from sugarcane molasses. The underlying rums are aged in charred American white oak barrels in tropical climates to develop underlying notes of vanilla, toasted wood, and caramelized sugar. Real coconut blossom nectar, natural coconut, and pineapple fruit essences are then infused into the aged spirit, alongside warm baking spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg.

• Colour: Bright amber-gold with warm mahogany and copper highlights.

• Aroma: Inviting, sweet, and tropical, leading with toasted coconut, ripe juicy pineapple, and caramelized banana, backed by warm cinnamon spice, vanilla bean, and soft oak.

• Palate: Smooth, sweet, and tropical on the entry. Upfront flavors of toasted coconut cream, sweet pineapple, and brown sugar give way to warm baking spices (cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg), toasted almonds, and subtle charred oak.

• Body: Medium-bodied with a smooth, velvety, and mouth-coating texture.
