Wine Description

The 2020 Millesimato presents a vibrant lemon green colour with hints of silver and a delicate, persistent mousse. The sensory profile is elegant and fresh, featuring a fragrant bouquet of jasmine flowers, ripe yellow apple, and pear, alongside subtle notes of acacia and wisteria. On the palate, it is round and supple, offering a harmonious balance of white stone fruit flavours and a refined minerality. Composed of 100% Glera, this Prosecco is crafted using the Charmat method with fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its lively freshness. It is best enjoyed within one to two years of release to fully appreciate its youthful fruit character.
