The estate has been producing classic expressions of Brunello since 1892, maintaining an extensive archive of almost every vintage in their cellars. Their winemaking philosophy focuses on honouring tradition and showcasing the authentic, terroir-driven identity of the region.
Wine Description
This wine exhibits a brilliant ruby red colour with subtle garnet highlights. The intense aroma features notes of sour cherry, blue flower, wild herbs, and a touch of toasted spice and cedar shavings. On the palate, it is full bodied, dense, and well structured, displaying tart red berry fruits, savoury minerality, and fine, tightly woven tannins. The finish is long and polished, lingering with hints of balsamic and crushed herbs.
