Wine Description

This wine exhibits a brilliant ruby red colour with subtle garnet highlights. The intense aroma features notes of sour cherry, blue flower, wild herbs, and a touch of toasted spice and cedar shavings. On the palate, it is full bodied, dense, and well structured, displaying tart red berry fruits, savoury minerality, and fine, tightly woven tannins. The finish is long and polished, lingering with hints of balsamic and crushed herbs.
