Wine Description

The nose reveals intense aromas of blackberries, ripe plums, violets, and crushed peppercorns, with underlying notes of smoked meat and garrigue herbs. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, offering layers of dark fruit, licorice, and a subtle hint of oak spice from partial aging in 600-litre French oak demi-muids. The tannins are smooth and well-integrated, leading to a long, savoury finish with mineral tension and finesse.

Ideal with braised beef short ribs, grilled lamb chops, or wild mushroom risotto. Its rich fruit and savoury depth also complement aged cheeses and roasted root vegetables.
