Beer Description

This IPA pours a slightly hazy, glowing golden-straw color with a pillowy, resilient white head.

Aroma: The nose is a vibrant explosion of tropical and citrus fruit. Dominant notes of bright grapefruit and juicy pineapple are complemented by subtle floral undertones and a hint of resinous pine.

Palate: On the tongue, it is remarkably crisp and dry. It offers a lean, crackery malt base that allows the hop flavors of tangerine zest and tropical fruit to take center stage. The finish is clean with a firm, refined bitterness that invites another sip.

Profile: It has an ABV of 6.8% and a moderate-to-high bitterness, providing a punchy West Coast soul with the softer, aromatic sensibilities of modern brewing.
