Wine Description:
In the glass, this white blend presents a shiny straw colour with a golden wheat hue. The nose offers a combination of citrus oils, bittersweet floral perfume, lime, and tangerine, interlaced with saline coastal undertones. On the palate, the wine is naturally plush yet dry, with an inherent softness and roundness. Flavours of orange creamsicle, pear tart, freshly cut grass, and botanicals lead to a vibrant, echoing finish. The blend comprises 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% from a Solera Perpetual Reserve, contributing to its complexity and depth. With an alcohol content of 11%, this wine is best enjoyed young to appreciate its fresh and bright character.
Food Pairing:
This wine pairs beautifully with fresh seafood dishes such as grilled scallops or lemon-herb shrimp, as well as light salads featuring citrus vinaigrettes. Its bright acidity and coastal nuances complement the freshness of these dishes, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
