It is a sourced product produced in Tennessee and aged in the rolling hills of the region, utilizing the traditional Lincoln County Process.

Description

This bourbon features a mash bill consisting of corn, rye, and malted barley, which is double distilled in pot stills. It is aged for at least six years in first fill white American oak barrels with a light, low char level, then bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof).

• Colour: A rich caramel and medium amber colour with distinct copper highlights.

• Aroma: Fragrant and sweet, showcasing scents of vanilla, orange zest, fresh grass, caramel candy, cocoa bean, and light sawdust.

• Palate: It displays an initial sweetness of orange jam, long stewed fruits, and brown sugar. This evolves into warm oak spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, licorice, and a subtle touch of Christmas cake.

• Body: It possesses a lighter, thinner texture rather than a chewy or heavy structure, contributing to an easy drinking and accessible mouthfeel.

• Finish: A long, smooth finish marked by lingering notes of caramel, tobacco, honey, and custard cream, closing out with a light, dry touch of barrel bitterness.
