Wine Description
This sparkling wine presents a pale straw yellow colour with a fine, persistent perlage and a soft, creamy mousse. The aromatic profile is intense and fragrant, revealing prominent notes of green apple, honeydew melon, and pear, alongside delicate hints of white peach, citrus blossom, and a touch of almond. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, showcasing a balance between the moderate sweetness of the Extra Dry style and a lively acidity that enhances its fruit forward character.
