Bols Blue 1575 is a super premium version of the classic blue liqueur, featuring a clear, deep cobalt blue appearance. The aroma is complex, leading with vanilla and cardamom alongside delicate black pepper and a bright twist of orange zest. On the palate, it is medium to full bodied with a creamy texture, offering flavours of vanilla and cardamom that give way to 'cream of soda' orange and a warm, peppery spice. The finish is long and persistent, dominated by cardamom and earthy botanical notes. It is bottled at 29.5% ABV.
