Bombay Sapphire Sunset

Produced in England at the award-winning Laverstoke Mill distillery, Bombay Sapphire Sunset is a special edition gin inspired by the warm, orange glow of the setting sun. This expression is the second release in the brand's series of Special Editions, curated by Master of Botanicals Ivano Tonutti. The distillery’s philosophy for this release focuses on enhancing the classic Bombay Sapphire recipe with botanicals that capture the mellow heat and tranquility of the transition from day to night.

This aromatic gin is clear in colour and features a vibrant, layered sensory profile. The nose offers a big and soft bouquet of mandarin zest, fragrant citrus freshness, and warm sweet spices. On the palate, the gin is juniper-forward and medium-bodied with an oily mouthfeel, accompanied by the sweetness of Spanish mandarin and bright spice notes of Indian white cardamom. Stylistically, it is complex but beautifully balanced, featuring a long finish led by aromatic cardamom and followed by the dusty floral notes of golden turmeric. It is crafted using the ten signature Bombay Sapphire botanicals plus three additional ingredients: sun-dried Murcian mandarin peel, turmeric, and white cardamom.
