Produced in Italy, specifically within the Venezia Giulia IGT region, this wine is a product of the Bortoluzzi estate. Founded in 1982 by Giovanni Bortoluzzi, the winery is a family-run operation located in Gradisca d'Isonzo, near the mineral-rich soils of the Isonzo River. The family's winemaking philosophy centers on manual care and respecting the naturalness of the product, utilizing a unique microclimate where vines are sheltered by mountains from cold northern winds.
Wine Description
This Sauvignon Blanc presents a pale straw yellow colour with distinct greenish reflections. The bouquet is refined and immediate, offering typical varietal aromas of bell pepper, peach, and sage leaves. On the palate, the wine is full, fresh, and enveloping, showcasing complex sensations that reflect the gravelly, mineral-rich terroir of the region.
