The winemaking philosophy focuses on sustainable viticulture, gentle pressing of estate and contract fruit, and cool-temperature soft pressing, followed by secondary fermentation in pressurized stainless steel tanks using the Italian Martinotti-Charmat method to preserve delicate floral aromatics and vibrant freshness.

Wine Description

The wine presents a brilliant, pale straw yellow colour with luminous greenish highlights and a fine, persistent perlage in the glass. An expressive and delicate bouquet opens with fragrant aromas of golden apple, juicy white peach, and Bartlett pear, interwoven with subtle notes of acacia flower, lily of the valley, and fresh citrus zest. On the palate, it is light-bodied, soft, and refreshingly effervescent, delivering crisp flavours of green apple, yellow plum, and lemon curd, all supported by a balanced, mouthwatering core of natural acidity. Finishing clean, dry, and elegantly creamy, it leaves a pleasant impression of fresh orchard fruit and delicate floral blossom. Composed of 100% Glera, it effortlessly combines fragrant alpine-mediterranean aromatics with a bright, lively, and versatile sparkling profile.
