Bottega Lemon Spritz is a ready-to-drink (RTD) sparkling cocktail produced in the Veneto region of Italy. It is crafted by Bottega S.p.a., a family-owned company founded in 1977 by master distiller Aldo Bottega and currently managed by his children Sandro, Barbara, and Stefano. Inspired by the traditional Italian spritz, which dates back to the Habsburg domination in the Lombardo-Veneto Kingdom, this modern version was designed to offer a refreshing, low-alcohol alternative to the classic Bottega Spritz by using a pure lemon infusion instead of limoncello liqueur.
