Bower Hill Barrel Strength is crafted using a high-rye mash bill and aged for at least four years in new charred American oak barrels with a number three char level. Bottled at full cask strength without any dilution, it retains all of the natural fatty acids and barrel compounds to offer a rich, mouth-coating profile.

• Colour: Dark golden amber with rich copper hues.

• Aroma: Sweet and inviting, opening with rich crème brûlée, toasted pecans, sweet corn, vanilla spice, and charred oak.

• Palate: Bold, lush, and sweet on the entry. The high-proof delivery unleashes prominent notes of vanilla, toasted nuts, and caramel, complemented by spicy oak tannins, wheat toast, and subtle dried fruit.

• Body: Full-bodied and viscous with a rich, tongue-coating mouthfeel that carries an authentic barrel-strength warmth.

• Finish: Very long, refined, and spicy, closing with lingering warmth, balanced baking spices, caramel, and a touch of sweet popcorn.
